Of course you may not need that long, or in some circumstances you may need longer. This would normally be over more than one session.

We understand that sometimes it can be hard to access NHS GP services and also some feel they would indeed like to offer ‘their’ NHS appointment to someone else wh may have greater need of it. Indeed this is the same principle patients often apply when they see a consultant privately. The old adage ‘jumping the queue’ no longer resonates in the modern busy world and while NHS services are strained, it can make total sense to choose private family medicine if it suits.
Clinics are located at 44 Southbourne Grove, Bournemouth, BH6 3RB and 6 Cale Street, Chelsea, SW3 3QU. After a short adminstration process, followed by the consultation and examination, the clinical findings and medical opinion will be shared with you. A letter will normally be written to your usual GP with a comprehensive description of the consulation plus any recommendations. If onward referral is recommended to a specialist, this will be discussed with you at the consultation and all necessary paper work will be forthcoming. Follow up will normally be arranged, either face to face or by telephone as your preference, after every consultation.
