At EdenMed Aesthetics and Rejuvenation, I'm so confident you'll be delighted with filler results, I'm willing to put money on it. I want you to be totally confident with your decision. So, if you're not 100% happy with any single filler treatment, (e.g. lips, cheeks, tear troughs, etc.) simply book back in after 6 weeks (to allow the filler to settle first) and have the filler completely dissolved free of charge. I'll refund the cost of your  treatment and give you a further £5 for the inconvenience.

As a note, tear trough treatment commonly results in some swelling of the area treated and can last for 6 weeks. Often a small manual manipulation is all that's needed to fix the problem. If you do get swelling that lasts more than 6 weeks book in to see me, so I can do my best to resolve it for you. 

I wish I could give a better than 100% satisfaction guarantee for other treatments too. I completely believe in every single treatment I offer at EdenMed Aesthetics and Rejuvenation. And I'll only ever suggest something that I honestly think would be in your best interest. However, there's no hard sell and ultimately you are free to decide whether to go ahead with all, some or none of the treatment options I might suggest. Sometimes it can be confusing, so please research and take your time to think about my approach and whether it suits your needs in total or at least in part. Generally, aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, they cannot always be guaranteed. Plus, we're continually battling the aging process. Time never stops and neither should we.

So, as much as I would love to guarantee you the results you're after with every single treatment, the fact is, most of us need a combination of treatments over several weeks or months and then ongoing maintenance treatments intermittantly. This approach will give you the best chances of having natural, authentic and long lasting rejuvenation. What I will always guarantee is the very highest standards possible with equipment, comfort and safe care, irrespective of the treatment. 

You are free to decline treatments at any stage of the process. You will have the opportunity to discuss all your concerns and questions fully. Please be sure you've satisfied yourself before opting for your individualised treatment programme. With the exception of the above, you consent to purchase the treatment, not the result of the treatment.

It's also important clients understand they are responsible for the cost of additional treatments needed to achieve the results they're after. This can include, but is not limited to, additional treatment costs for complications that might occur from the primary treatment. Though of course I will do everything feasable to limit such risks. Where I can personally do things, for example, micro-dissolving of filler or topping up botulinum toxin, I will of course do so. 

One more thing to be aware, treatments where filler has been placed at any stage by any other clinic are excluded from the better than 100% satisfaction guarantee above. 

Other treatments, including filler packages (e.g. liquid facelifts) and combination treatments (e.g. cheeks + tear troughs) and all non-filler treatments, are excluded from the better than 100% satisfaction guarantee.
