I predominantly use a microcannula technique when working with dermal fillers, to maximise your comfort and reduce the risks. A microcannula is a surgical tool that gently pushes a space for the filler to be precisely deposited, rather than a needle that cuts through the skin to inject filler. Please note, any additional filler needed for touch ups are charged at additional cost. A variety of fillers may be used for different purposes including Juvederm, Belotero, Princess / Saypha, Restylane and others.

Aqualyx is performed for body sculpting, including double chin reduction, abdomen, inner thighs, pseudogynaecomastia (man boobs) and other pockets of stubborn fat around the body that are not reduced with diet and exercise. Aqualyx is injected using a microcannula into the subcutaneous fat tissue. This causes the fat cells to break down over a few days to weeks. The broken down fat cells are then removed via the body's lymphatic drainage system. At EdenMed Aesthetics we use Aqualyx as a stand alone treatment or in combination with other body sculpting packages, especially in the treatment of cellulite, skin tightening and body contouring.
