ENDOLIFT® is a minimally invasive outpatient laser procedure used in endo-tissutal (interstitial) aesthetic medicine. The laser treatment is performed with the latest Eufoton® LASEmaR® 1500 (certified and approved by the American FDA for laser assisted liposuction). ENDOLIFT® has multiple purposes: the remodeling of both deep and superficial layers of the skin, toning, the retraction of connective septums, the stimulation of collagen production and, when necessary, the reduction of excessive fat. The main activity of ENDOLIFT® is promoting skin tightening, in other words the retraction and reduction of skin laxity thanks to the activation of neo-collagenesis and of metabolic functions in the extra cellular matrix. The skin tightening created by ENDOLIFT® is strictly linked to the selectivity of the laser beam used, that is, to the specific interaction of the laser light, which selectively hits two of the main targets of the human body: water and fat.

Specifically, does Endolift reallly work?

Yes!

..But you do need be patient. You'll start seeing some results around 4 weeks. However, the final results are at around 12 months. The reason for this, is it takes time for collagen stimulation to actually show visibly. Although, the neocollagenesis will begin almost instantly. The collagen stimulating effect of the Endolift lasting for many months. 

And, the best thing about Endolift is we are able to treat almost any area of concern on the face and body. 

What about reducing fat?

Depending on the desired outcome, I'll adjust the settings to also contour, reduce and even eliminate fat pockets and difficult-to-treat fatty deposits. It may even be possible to help you improve your overall metabolic function, reducing the risk of developing type II diabetes melitus, metabolic syndrome and other dysregulatory health conditions. These effects haven't been studied in scientific rigor, but think about it logically. Type II diabetes, as an example, is caused by insulin resistance. Itself, a consequence between the mismatch of body fat and pancreatic insulin production. Reducing body fat has a positive impact on metabolic syndrome, which includes diabetes type II.

Does it hurt?

Your comfort is paramount to us. At all stages, we will check that you are comfortable. It can feel a little hot, and to help with that, we use a little local anaesthetic.

Is it safe?

All cosmetic medicine procedures carry a small risk. Overall, because we're using natural light energy, photons at a specific wavelength of 1470 nm, it's incredibly safe. The laser tip probe is around the width of a single hair, passes through the skin, and delivers the Endolift laser light energy to very specific molecules and structures to influence collagen building.  There are some risks, as with any treatment, which I'll go through with you at the consultation and consent process.

How many treatments will I need?

You'll most likely only need one treatment. You may want a top up treatment after 12-24 months. However, more than 85% of my patients are happy after a single treatment.
